Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts. To sum it up, it reduced back and forth, removed friction from coordination, and made scheduling predictable and scalable, especially in environments, like mine, where calendars are already overloaded. Cons There is nothing specific or major that I don't like. On the other hand, currently, I've been using AI tools to manage my calendar.
